Vivian Irene Brush the daughter of Claude and Vinnie (Dodge) Aid was born on August 8, 1916 in Shenandoah, Iowa. She passed away on March 7, 2014 at Garden View Care Center in Shenandoah. She was 97 years, 6 months, and 27 days old.
Vivian graduated from Shenandoah High School in 1937. After graduation she worked at Henry Field Seed Company and at McLellan's Store. She was a member of the First Christian Church, joining at an early age.
In 1941 she was united in marriage to Wayne Brush in Olympia, Washington. While living in Washington state she enjoyed climbing Mt. Rainier and salmon fishing.
After moving back to Shenandoah in 1946, they purchased a heating and air conditioning business. Vivian worked as bookkeeper for 35 years. She enjoyed dancing, reading, taking tour trips and especially having coffee with friends.
Vivian was preceded in death by her husband Wayne in 1988 and her parents, Claude and Vinnie Aid. She is survived by cousins and friends
