Margaret "Ann" Enevoldsen, 83, died peacefully on August 5, 2017 at her Waxahachie home. She was born July 5, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska, to William H. and Lucille (McQuilkin) Longman. She was a photographer for 15 years for weddings and the Grand Island Independent newspaper. Ann enjoyed anything crafty, she sewed, quilted, painted, woodworking, leatherwork, embroidery, basically not a craft she didn't try. A huge pleasure for her was going to horse shows with her daughter and helping her make championship rose garlands for a couple local horse shows. She loved all animals and especially watching The Incredible Dr. Pol! Ann loved watching Nebraska football games in which she owns season tickets and attended the games when she was able. She spent almost two years living with her daughter and son in law in Waxahachie while fighting her MDS which eventually transformed into leukemia. Ann had many friends and family that loved her. She never met a stranger.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents, William H. and Lucille, two brothers, James Longman and William Longman, and daughter Kathryn Ann and husband Larry Herold.

Ann is survived by her husband Andrew Enevoldsen of Grand Island , Nebraska, and, daughter Christine Hansen and husband Dale of Waxahachie, TX, step-children Angela Robertson and husband Mike and Lisa Grauerholz and husband Bruce, step-grandchildren Christopher, Stacia, and Ben Robertson, Nick Robertson, Lantz Grauerholz , Terre Evans, and Eric Hansen, great grandchildren Makenzie Evans and Creighton Hansen, nephew Robert Longman and wife Ellen of Shenandoah, Iowa, niece Carol Kirschenbaum and husband Peter of Sparta, New Jersey, and niece Mary Longman of Brentwood, CA, and a number of relatives and friends. She is also survived by her loving dogs Lucy and Maggie.

The family would like to thank the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center in Waxahachie for the loving care and friendships she received while getting treatments. You are all angels! They also want to thank her Oncologist Dr. Maria Juarez for becoming a sweet and caring friend. Ann felt so safe and loved in your care! Thank you to Grace Hospice for making Ann's final days comfortable so she could be home.

Celebration of life graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Shenandoah.
