Margaret Lois Gray the daughter of Alfred Henry Rosenthal and Lois Eleanor Ash Rosenthal, was born on August 7, 1952 at Fort Dodge, Iowa and entered into eternal rest at her home in Shenandoah, Iowa, on Friday, August 9, 2013 a the age of 61.
Margaret was born in Fort Dodge, however moved frequently as her father was a carpenter, rebuilding grain elevators around Iowa. The family ultimately settled in the town of Spirit Lake, Iowa where Margaret attended school, graduating from Spirit Lake High School in 1970.
Margaret worked at a variety of jobs through her life . Most notable as a police dispatcher and correction office. She retired as a Lieutenant as a correction office at the Clarinda, Iowa Correction Center after 22 years.
She was formerly was married to Ed Frink to that union having four sons; Scott, Tracy, Chris and Mike. She later married Max Gray on October 7, 1990 at Blanchard, Iowa.
Margaret was a woman with many interests; especially arts and crafts, painting, gardening and making jewelry. She was a member of various groups such as the Garden Club,etc.; also memberships in the United Methodist Church at Blanchard and the Farragut Congregational Church.
Preceding her in death is her parents, a brother, Perry Rosenthal; son-in-law Don Jennings; nephew Wesley Mumm. Survivors include her loving husband Max Gray of Shenandoah, Iowa; four sons Scott Frink and wife Trina of Bardstown, KY., Tracy Frink and wife Elizabeth of Spencer, Iowa, Chris Frink and wife Rebecca of Burt, Iowa, Mike Frink of Manhattan, Kansas; brother, Joe Finnegan and wife Ramona of Panama City, Fl.; sisters, Pat Wray and husband George of Cedar Rapid, IA., Deloris (Dee) and husband Craig of Easton, MO., Sandra Long and husband Jim of Columbus, IN.; step-children, Bill Gray and wife Lisa of Tampa, Fl., Darryl Gray and wife Jan of Clemont, FL., Carrol Jennings and husband Don of Farragut, IA., Janet Burkhiser and husband Louis of Farragut, IA.; 22 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Farragut Congregational Church or the Food Bank.
