Lorna J. Cooper's Obituary
Lorna Jean Cooper, age 87, passed away January 4, 2012 at Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado surrounded by her family. Lorna was born February 11, 1924 in Anderson, Iowa to Jesse Hall and Sylvia Inez (Bennett) Ware.
Lorna served in the Navy and was a switchboard operator during Pearl Harbor. She was an avid Rockies fan, She is loved dearly and will be greatly missed.
Preceding her in death were her husband John Cooper, brother Edger Ware, sister Margaret Niday.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son Larry (Kim) Cooper, grandchildren Colin Lyddon (Sharon), JR Cooper (Marykay), Melissa Marino (Martin), Levi Cooper and TJ Almanza (Jesus), great-grandchildren Sydney, Tristen, Morgan, Payton, Jaylyn, John, and Makenzie.
