LaVita Mae Waldon, 74, of Council Bluffs and formerly of Shenandoah, Iowa, passed away on Sunday morning, March 18, 2007, at the Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Visitation and funeral services will take place at Henry-Livingston Funeral Home in Council Bluffs. Following the funeral, Mrs. Waldron will be cremated and her cremains inurned in the Center Grove Cemetery at Westboro, Missouri.
Survivors include her husband, Warren Waldron of Council Bluffs, IA; daughter, Brenda Weaver and her husband Davy of Maple Grove, MN; two sons, Keith Waldron and his wife Evelyn of Bellevue, NE and Kenneth Waldron of Council Bluffs, IA; three grandchildren, Julie Mellano and husband Mike of of Vista, CA, Jason Waldron and wife Susan of Kansas City, MO, and Jennifer Tselentis and husband Alex of Omaha, NE; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred Edens of Henderson, NV, and Ruth Monk and husband Alvin of Shenandoah, IA; two brothers, Merrill Cooper and wife Patsy of Lampe, MO, and Kenneth Cooper and wife Barbara of Essex, IA; along with other relatives and friends.
