Kenny attended school in the community of Malvern.  He was class secretary and treasurer, played football, ran track and was on the fire patrol for four years.  He graduated from Malvern High School with the Class of 1954.  Following graduation he joined the United States Air Force where he served his country from 1954-1957.

Following his honorable discharge from the Air Force Kenny worked for Campbell Soup.  He later worked at Earl May in Shenandoah.  He enjoyed working outside with all the plants.  He would often bring home plants and rose bushes for his mom to plant. For several years he had his own lawn care business working for several residents in the area.   Some of Kenny's hobbies included going for walks and being involved with the American Legion.  He would often help to put out flags for Memorial Day.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry Walker.  Those left to cherish his memory include his sister Sandra Wooten, niece Annette Smith and family, nephew Mark Wooten and family, other relatives and many dear church friends.
