Karen Ann Woods was born July 31, 1951, to Donald and Edith (Arnett) Osborn in Shenandoah, Iowa.  She passed away on February 27, 2022, at the Garden View Care Center in Shenandoah, Iowa at the age of 70.

Karen grew up Shenandoah.  She worked at Mt. Arbor Nurseries.  She enjoyed watching football and baseball.  She also enjoyed old country music, her favorite artist were Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Edith Osborn and brother Jimmy Lee Osborn.  She is survived by her son Bill Woods and wife Shannan; grandchildren: Cori Baldwin, Maddy Woods, Landyn Woods, Brittani Suess and Tommee Morrison; great-grandchildren: Madison Baldwin, Sophie Baldwin, Mason Hoyt, Brynleigh, Remi, Maverick and Wyatt; other family and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home.  Memorials to the family.
