Jean H. Butterworth's Obituary
Jean H. Butterworth, age 99, of Shenandoah, Iowa formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the Shenandoah Medical Center in Shenandoah, Iowa. She was born June 10, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois.
Jean is survived by a daughter Barbara Phelps of Essex, Iowa and a son Ron Butterworth of Austin, Texas, three granddaughters and five great-grandsons.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Shenandoah, Iowa. The family request if you plan to attend the graveside service to please dress casually.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
