George A. Money, 78 of Lincoln, NE (formerly of Shenandoah, IA and Omaha, NE) passed on to be with the Lord on April 14, 2011 in Lincoln following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

His parents Ruth and Earl Money preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Donna Money of Lincoln; daughter Melissa (Mitsi) Beecher and husband Dan; granddaughter Nikki Beecher; special family friends Janet Zackert Gingery and Brad Zackert. He was a longtime member of the Shenandoah American Legion Post #88 and the Shenandoah Elks Lodge. Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
