Deloris Irene McMahon daughter of Orville and Edith (Bates) McCloud was born January 17, 1925 in Tabor, Iowa. She passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014 at George C. Grape Community Hospital in Hamburg, Iowa. She was 89 years, 3 months, and 10 days old.

Deloris spent her childhood in Conway, Iowa until she was united in marriage to Clayton W. McMahon on October 3, 1941 in Rock Port, Missouri. They then moved to Shenandoah were she worked at Henry Fields Nursery for 35 years. After retirement she spent her time going around to flea markets buying and selling items. She enjoyed going to garage sales.

Deloris was preceded in death by her husband Clayton W. McMahon in 1991, a granddaughter, parents Orville and Edith McCloud, two brothers Robert and Gilbert, sister Phyllis, seven nieces and nephews. Those left to cherish her memory include her two children Dennis McMahon of Shenandoah, Iowa and Stella DeLong and husband Paul of Springfield, Missouri, sister Darlene Hatfield of Washougal, Washington, nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson, Isaiah DeLong, and numerous friends.
