Caroline Sue Hamilton, daughter of Leon and Ruby (Avery) McPerren, was born on September 19, 1948 in Bedford, Iowa.  She passed away on November 20, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

She grew up Bedford, Iowa and graduated from Bedford High School in 1967.  She moved to Shenandoah, Iowa in the early 1970's.

Caroline worked for Mt. Arbor Nursery, Henry Fields and Wal-Mart.  She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and visiting her son's family.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leon and Ruby McPherren, husband James "Bud" Hamilton and partner Raymundo Estrada.

Caroline will be sadly missed by her son Darrick Estrada and wife Amanda, grandsons Avery and Preston, brother Doyle McPherren, nieces Brandy, Tammy and Amanda, host of other family and friends.

Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Shenandoah, Iowa.  Memorials may be directed to the family.
