Alta Mae Moore, 88, of Shenandoah and formerly of Essex, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Elm Heights Care Center in Shenandoah.
Survivors include her two sons, Gerald Lynn Moore and Thomas Harrison (Butch) Moore, III, both of Essex.
According to Alta's wishes, she was to be cremated with no services or viewing.
